What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
You get in-app alerts at 80% and 100% of your allowance. At the limit you choose what happens: automatically bill overage at €0.15 per extra reply so the assistant keeps working, or pause automation until the next cycle. Nothing happens silently.
Will I be automatically charged after the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial needs no credit card, so nothing is charged when it ends. We email you 3 days before the trial finishes; you only pay if you actively choose a plan.
What counts as an AI reply?
One message generated and sent by Parolly counts as one AI reply. Messages your customers send never count. For example, if a shopper asks three questions and Parolly answers each, that's 3 AI replies. Most full conversations use about 3-5 replies.
Can I set a hard spending limit?
Yes. Set a monthly cap in your billing settings. When it's reached, overage billing stops and automation pauses, you will never be charged beyond the limit you set.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country and shown before you confirm.
How does annual billing work?
Choosing annual bills the full year up front at a discount versus paying monthly. For example, Growth at 600 AI replies is €39/month billed as €468 once a year instead of €49 each month.
How long does setup take?
Most stores are live in about 10-15 minutes. You connect your channels and store, Parolly imports your catalog automatically, and you can be answering customers the same afternoon.
Do I need a developer?
No. Instagram, Messenger, Shopify and WooCommerce all connect with one-click, no-code integrations. A developer is only useful on Enterprise if you want custom API or webhook workflows.
Can a team member take over a conversation?
Yes. Any conversation can be handed off to a human from the shared inbox with one click. Parolly pauses automation for that chat while your teammate replies, then can resume when they're done.
Is customer data secure?
Channels connect only through official, approved Meta APIs, and payments run through a trusted payment provider. Customer data is handled according to your published privacy and data-processing terms.
